Our lab

Our lab is part of a vibrant research community in the Department of Pharmacology and the Neuroscience and Mental Health Institute (NMHI) at the University of Alberta. The University of Alberta is one of the top 5 research-intensive Universities in Canada.

We conduct multidisciplinary research to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases such as Huntington's disease (HD) and Parkinson's disease (PD) and to develop effective treatments.

Our team

We are a dedicated group of people passionate about science and the brain.

We are committed to create a fair, diverse and inclusive learning and working environment, where all individuals feel valued and invested in our common goals.

If you are hardworking and passionate about science, consider joining our team.
