Our lab

 

Our lab is part of a vibrant research community in the Department of Pharmacology and the Neuroscience and Mental Health Institute (NMHI) at the University of Alberta. The University of Alberta is one of the top 5 research-intensive Universities in Canada.

Research

 

We conduct multidisciplinary research to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases such as Huntington's disease (HD) and Parkinson's disease (PD) and to develop effective treatments.
